Re: Thread of Disappearance
Been mostly gone for the last few weeks between sickness and stress. I burnt out. I'll come back later. Be kind to each other.
Be kind.

My playtimes will be restricted to the weekends for a bit. If you really need my troublemaker, PM me and we can make a plan.

Re: Thread of Disappearance
Hello. Due to Reasons(tm) I'm going to be completely absent for some time, and likely a LOT more absent in general as a DM. Elongated quests especially will be basicaly impossible, so don't ask me for them for now. Send them onto the DM Team.
Wishing you all the best in the future, hope I can return to service eventually!

This too shall pass.
(I now have a DM Discord (I hope) It's DM GrumpyCat#7185 but please keep in mind I'm very busy IRL so I can't promise how quick I'll get back to you.)

Re: Thread of Disappearance
I've returned from having my kitten! He's small and beautiful and very, very needy. Whilst I'm not stepping down as a DM, my presence will be very very little for the forseeable.
Further more the PM box is getting filled with PMs to ALL the DM team, which means PMs to ME will be lost. So for the forseeable, best not send me any PMs. Or if you do, really don't count on them getting though as they get lost throughout the morass of other PMS.
As an aside - Just for a 'glance behind the curtain' - In one week of being away, I have 161 PMs in my inbox. Granted some of those will be reply PMs from other DMS, but even halving that number, that's around 80ish PMs in a week for the team to sort though.

Re: Thread of Disappearance
Been largely away for a bit, due to family stuff. Hoping to finally (finally for real) have it sorted out and should make my way back on more.
Sorry to those I had things going on with Piper and Zuelsul, will try to do what I can to catch up on events!

Re: Thread of Disappearance
It probably won't surprise the few I've played with. Been struggling privately mostly with mental health again, so the batteries are rather low and while I'm here every now and again I just am mostly not.
Not gone for good, but trying to make sure I don't burn out completely. Nothing to panic over.
No eta or timeframe on this one.

Re: Thread of Disappearance
RL came up last week and work tapped me to try and save a new project so Kor'valen's general absence will still be seen for a bit longer. It may end after this week or it may last until the end of the month. I will likely still be able to hop in for rather short bouts on occasion, but I doubt there will be any long sessions for some time.

Re: Thread of Disappearance
Had a family member fall ill, so Rhayl will likely be locked in her room until mid next-week.
Re: Thread of Disappearance
Due to extensive technical difficulties I'll be working to reformat my computer. Therefor my access/activity for the time being will be extremely limited. Cases may be handled by another DM in the meantime while I work on logistics and repairs.
More of a heads up than anything. Apologies for any delays experienced in light of this.
Edit/Update -
Hard drive corruption, no charge, but it's going to take several weeks to get it back from the manufacturer.

Imperator just launched. I will probably be absent for a day or two.
Re: Thread of Disappearance
I'm done.
I'd say it's been a pleasure but that wouldn't really be true. This place is not for me, and seemingly not really for anyone intending to speak their mind unless they have a number of years of seniority.
If anybody was interested in getting to know any of my characters sorry that's not going to happen. I already feel lighter having deleted my toolbar links to research and my background notes.
