Suggestion is to add an option in the menu shown of a skiff when it is located somewhere other than that ship's home port. This will allow people to adventure, or perhaps log off, without having to worry about the ships being unable to be used by others.
The option would show up when you click on a skiff and read something along the lines of:
'3. Give order to return to [Home Port].'
Selecting that option would order the crew of the ship in question to sail back to the home port, for example, Sea Leopard is sent back to the Crow's Nest. The character who selects the option would need to have access to the ship, and the right to give orders. The character who selects the option would also remain as the ship leaves without them.
Ship option: Return to Port.
