Illusion Feat Tweaks

Separate the feat commands into two again - -send_image and -project_image.
Have them operate on separate rest ticks, so you can do one of each between rests.
Further, and here's the kicker, give -send_image to Greater Spell Focus and level 21 Character Level, like -teleport. This gives a natty little boon to the half casters who get barely any DC benefits from taking illusion, while basically remaining the same for your average sorc/wiz.
