Spell Penetration feats

The Spell Penetration feats seem weak and very rarely a viable choice for any caster. Therefore I propose an additional benefit to the line of feats.
== Spell Penetration ==
Additional benefit: A spellcaster with this feat reduces Spell Component costs by 1.
== Greater Spell Penetration ==
Additional benefit: A spellcaster with this feat reduces Spell Component costs by 2.
== Epic Spell Penetration ==
Additional benefit: A spellcaster with this feat reduces Spell Component costs by 3.
The feats should not stack (exactly as in vanilla), but rather replace each other.
