Basically, lets say my character is "bloody" or "blindfolded" and it would remove all awkwardness if I did -disguise [char name] (Blindfolded) since people tend to react before i can for the tenth time in a row emote my character's present state of being.

except that's not actually allowed within the rules

So maybe something like -condition, and you can just go -condition limping or -condition arm in sling, then it shows up like [Char name] (Arm in sling) and everyone's life is made a little easier.
