on 03/09/2023 it was announced that Invisible blade class requirements would go from lightning reflexes to dirty fighting and the AB requirement would drop from 7 to 4. It seems like that patch never went through, though it does state that on the wiki. Perhaps not a bug. Perhaps just a change that was later rejected.

The patch did indeed go through.
The text description in game was not updated.
We'll see if we can fix it soonish.
A fix for this is in the pipeline. Locking and moving.
