Description: Attempting to get a tattoo from the tattoo artist in the Cultural District of Cordor does not bring up the menu or UI, but still removes the 250 gold required to purchase one. Multiple tries across Server Resets and Relogging/Restarting the game does not fix the issue.
Steps to Reproduce: Visit the Cordor tattoo artist in the Cultural District and pay the 250 gold fee for the tattoo.
Expected Result: The menu pops up for tattoo options.
Actual Result: No menu.

Misc. Notes: I've heard Resolution and Scale may impact it the UI, but I am unsure. Res/Scale used during the attempts was 1829x1000 / 1.0

This is working. I just tested it.
I suspect it was our compiler causing issues in the past.
