Floating Messageboard in East Wheel

Pinged the DM channel about this already, and I assume it's not meant to BE floating in the air above the canal, and meant to be beside Gelix in the West Wheel.

In all seriousness I can't fix this in DM mode and that area is notorious for duping fixtures and generally being awful for it.

The thing is, I put the original fixture in the WEST wheel, not the EAST wheel, which makes this bug even weirder.

Oh no. Seems like a tag issue here... I'll be back!

EDIT: I'm back guys! The areas are tagged the same and thus the DB store them at the same key! Fixing...
