Constitution / Dexterity Rez-sickness.

My constitution and dexterity never reset when the rez-sickness falls off. =/
They just hang around forever.
Is there a way to combine the rez-sickness check with the normal [state] (food/piety/water) checks? So it resets?
It always goes down to 3 ... and then doesn't raise with my other stats.
