Warlock Spell Slot Lost
If you fail a concentration roll (invoked by taking damage whilst casting) you lose a spell slot of that level. This is particularly annoying when you're a low level warlock and only have one slot -- fail one concentration roll and you lose that spell until you rest. I'm not sure if this is a bug or an intended feature, but I thought I'd post just in case.
