For me at least it's only picking up copper/silver and a few amulets.

Yeah, I sold a full malar temple run's worth of jewellry box today and only got 1.3k for it, on a character with 52 appraise. Something's definitely wrong.

It's only selling a certain set of jewelry for some reason. I legit cannot remove upper tier jewelry from my box anymore. It's just stuck there.

Yes, it seeems that during last nights update an engine area was updated with an old version. We'll get this fixed later today, but for the time being you should be able to empty box on surface server.
