Warlock Bug
Warlocks are applying permament arcane spell failure -20 on anything they wear instead of temporary. This means anyone above level 10 can't wear clothes, since its above their level in item value now, and leaves them in their underwear. Has been happening since I reset servers, to every warlock on every server.

Happening to all warlocks on UD too I believe- essentially meaning any one that is too low level just things auto-stripped.

it is quite annoying when ur lvl 8 and even normal clothing becomes lvl 10 minimum...
