Warlocks and Counterspell

When counterspelling, Warlocks do not get their spellslot back. Infinite counterspelling might be a bit overpowered, but I figured I'd report it anyway.
No one expects the Elvish Inquisition!

Works that way for all unlimited casters. It might be a bug? but it's not bad for balance.

This is deliberate (and also really hard to change).

Also sorta makes sense. shouldn't be able to counter someone for eternity. toss your own spell in every so often to "recharge" your spell slots
