Highest Level Bard Song Should Take Priority

As is once affected by bard song you become immune to all other bard songs until the one already you has ended. Meaning a level three pressing bard song will invalidate a level thirty's bard song.

A secondary situation where this can be used more maliciously is if there's tension in the air and someone with a bard dip uses bard song and then hostiles shortly before attacking. If the opposing side in this conflict is a high level bard they'll surely be disappointed when they cannot use one of their most prevalent abilities.

Whilst it doesn't aid the first situation a great deal, something that can fix the latter is making bard song only affect party members rather than all non-enemies in the radius.
