Character Entry Bug

1: No subrace selection screen comes up, or any other screen upon making a character. This worked two days ago.

2: It is impossible to -delete_character, the function fires, and then relogs you in on the same exact character.
Please don't feed my sister.

The first problem I have not seen.
The second problem I have seen. -delete_character does not work.
