The Gelatin lurched, ending the adventuer where he knelt. Mercenary work was a bloody job, but an Ooze does what he must for his baby oozlings. One life for another. The circle of life.

The ooze slurped away then, not looking back.

i was checking out an EE server where you could be “reborn” as a monstrous race of your choice after hitting lvl 40 cap...needless to say it was a lot of fun and an interesting concept

Tanarukks. Demon half-orcs. I mean what else do you really need to know?

A rogue modron though the idea of one existing is in itself hard to believe.
Maybe a modron that was left during one of the great marches and became corrupted.

Aarakocra might be a more plausible race for the server.
I'd hate to see one try to attempt a dungeon crawl roleplay with genetic claustrophobia.

I totally think some creative team should work together to create a new race original to Arelith in Faerun. Why look for lore about a million half-assedly written creatures each alike the other when instead we can have something new and interesting that fits OUR world, OUR tastes and preferences in the realm of Arelith rather than what some Ed Greenwood and his minions have thought up to be compatible with FR, which is practically an endless quilt of influences from so many folklores and their derivatives into popular culture.
