Persistent Bookshelves

Am currently working on a book project, and have noticed that book storage is a bit of a problem.
It seems that mostly, IC books are stored in book bags within chests.
If the Dev Team could create a few persistent bookshelves in various places (Cordor Library, University of Cordor, Earthkin Library, Myon Library, ect.) where books could be placed and/or stored for public consumption, that would be great!
Otherwise, you either give it to a specific person, or place it somewhere and hope someone finds it before the next reset.
