New Tower Quarters - chest storage limited to 10 items?

New Tower Quarters - chest storage limited to 10 items?
As the title says. I'm not sure about all of the chests in the newly added wings, but the one my character just bought? The chest has a storage limit of 10 items, not the normal 20 items quarters and bank vaults get. For reference, the image below shows the room in question (where the character cursor is located), in the area named Arcane Tower (Hall of Candor).
