Improving items in your craft

I think you should be able to have an increased chance of improving an item in your specific craft at the suitable workstation through the improve item menu. It can work similar to spell focus for enchanting but it boosts your chance of improving an item of your craft(for example instead of putting a longsword in the enchanting basin you put it inside an anvil/forging workstation and use the improve item menu to get a higher chance of succeeding due to your skill in smithing) this would make sense in a roleplay sense(A master smith sharpening his weapon with an enhancement bonus instead of hunting down an enchanter) I don't know in detail how it would calculate the improved chance but tailors could have improved chance for improving cloth items, carpenters improved chance wooden items like bows and shields, smiths with improved chance for all types in metals.
