Suggestion: Rename for Vaults and Bank Vaults.

I have now encountered new and old players that are having trouble separating the two within what is considered a Player Home, and what is just considered the "new" banking vault, thus I suggest a change in name. The 20 Item vaults that are considered "player homes" by the rules be changed to "City Storage" and the others simply renamed to Security Box (same as you would get from a real bank). As well as posting the change to the names of said and the differences between them, so I can link this to the players in question.
