Trickery Aspect Piety Gain

Post by Regionals » Sat Sep 01, 2018 12:33 am

Since disguise is not working (and was never great for clerics with few skill points anyway) what if it was changed to piety gain for T&D deities by using rogue skills? The simplest would probably be +0.5 for opened locks and disabled traps, and these are things a Trickery Domain cleric is reasonably capable of.

Pretty good idea tbh.
Disguise being tied to peity was 11/10 absolutely obnoxious for any non class skill-bluffer. RIP Clerics

That's a great idea! You should take it to the suggestion box unless other good ideas spring. Could easily be more than +0.5, there's a dearth of doors to unlock and traps to disarm unless you're an avid dungeon-delver.

A couple spells would also be nice in there. Invisibility/Invis sphere/Imp invis, displacement, darkness, slow, haste, expeditious retreat, sanc, greater sanc.

All of these are rather trickery oriented spells which could give a 0.5%-1% boost to piety.
