From this. Sounds like an amazing idea that would really be useful to wizards. Since we're worried about something like this clogging up server performance, why don't we consider some ways that it could be implemented without a huge strain being put on anything.
- It could be limited to a command that only works 1 time per reset.
- It could be limited to only firing after a wizard has levelled up.
- It's use could be compared to the number of wizards on the server at any point in time.
I'm sure there's plenty more ideas out there, rather than just dismissing it?

Do what I did and learn spells in a logical order with most-used spells being learned first and only learning the rest of scrolls when you can put them in the order you want.
This really isn't an issue that needs to be resolved as you can just do it yourself with planning.
