NPC Trap.

I just went from 50% health to dead triggering an NPC poison trap on my level 22 archer.

I'd like it if we could have more poison traps, and more generally speaking, more ways to instantly die.

Maybe instead of having two save-or-die wizards grouped together in every spawn, from now on we could have three or four. I like that they instantly cast all their defensive spells, preventing me from employing strategy intelligently, but maybe we could have them instantly cast offensive spells at the same time. It's important that we thwart the success of our players in every way we can. I know we've been working hard in this area lately, but I feel we can do better.
