Comparative strenght between the high end summons of warlocks, and blackguards?
Do the LE, NE, and CE Tier 6 summons match up evenly, or are there noticable differances in pvp or pve between them?

They match up pretty evenly. Be aware though, that the Pit Fiend has been bugged for a while, and will not cast Improved Invisibility (unless it’s been fixed recently).

It comes down to class specials, epic caster levels, and foci.
A warlock is going to go 30 bard, so that's 21-30 for epic caster.
A BG with a summon will likely go 16, so that's 11-16.
A BG has:
+4 STR Bull's (so +2 AB) to share
+2~5 STR Bull's wand (+1~2 AB)
+2~5 DEX Cat's wand (+1~2 AC)
+4 AB and damage from divine might
+4 AC from divine shield
+3 AB from odd epics
+3 AC from even epics
+3 STR odd epics (rounded down to +1 AB)
=
+11~13 AB, +8~9 AC, +4 damage
A warlock has:
+1 AB, AC, and damage from SF: Conjuration
+1 AB, AC, and damage from GSF: Conjuration (possibly, need confirmation as to what "Greater Spell Focus: Conjuration does not increase the tier as it normally does with Summon Creature, but instead, it will raise its stats slightly" means exactly)
+5 AB from odd epics
+5 AC from even epics
+5 STR (+2 AB) from odd epics
+2~5 STR Bull's (so +1~2 AB)
+2~5 DEX Cat's (so +1~2 AC)
+4 AB from Eldritch fire (or +4 AC from Eldritch cold)
=
+10~16 AB, +8~13 AC, +2 damage
By raw stats "warlock summons" are better.
