I was thinking going wiz12/pale16/2 rogue.

Last 2 rogue levels at 28-30.

Do-able?

Just like when you try to take levels in a different class before the 3 level minimum, you will be automatically de-leveled and get a message telling you that you're required to take 3 levels of that class.
