Thundering Rage Non-Barb Level Up?

Thundering Rage Non-Barb Level Up?
NWN wiki states that Thundering Rage is a general feat, so is it possible to take Thundering Rage on non-barb lvl ups? While having 25STR and Greater Rage feat, and char lvl 21?

Probably not. If you look at a class page on NWNWiki, you will find a list of unavailable epic feats. If you see Thundering Rage on that list, you won't be able to select it on a level up. Rogue, for example does not allow it. I'm not going to check all of them for you, but I would venture to guess that it's Barbarian only.
