Barbarians and Soft Con bonuses

Do any of the barbarian abilities benefit from soft Con or is it all hard con only?

Aaaalso! Is DR calculated before or after Damage immunity from raging?

Terrifying rage DC, passive bonus damage, and the required minimum 18 con for full rage benefits all key off of base con. I think the only things affected by total con are rage duration and the temp HP from rage.

DR is applied after DI.
