What is the most "optimal" blackguard tiefling possible?

A 50-50 mix of devil and demon blood, Bard/RDD/PM. Make sure to take Armour Skin for extra AC.
RP only starts at 30 if you're a coward.

I think you’d want to take bloodline of allure with it and the standard 11/16/3.
That bloodline gives up nothing if you consider you are loosing 1 will save but gaining it back with the CHA bonus save.
