We have a winner.

EDIT: nvm this build is MAD af. You need 13 str, 13 dex (which I forgot) and that leaves you with not-high-enough wis to get proper ab without AA lvls and you wont get arrows +5 without 26th pally so at that point I think the build goes out of the window in terms of git-gud.
