But you're right, they both are meant to make you into a fighter, neither do it successfully, but divine power gets close. Divine power between the two you can get +15 AB and 3 extra attacks...

Either way, build is still somewhat viable if you’re willing to chug true strike pots every three rounds to make up for no divine power. 4 attacks per round at full ab in tensers with haste.
Overall however melee offense is still somewhat bleh due to forthcoming nerfs but made up for it by army of vampires.
