Wall of fire should note that it is party friendly but will also aggro friendly summons that don't belong to you. (For some reason the spell causes an initiative check when running through it that I guess the AI interprets as an attack).

Will test to confirm shortly, but the last few times I've used ball lightning, it's worked like an electrical firebrand. <Joy!>

Unlike firebrand, It's a little bit more restrictive, because you can only target it on a creature, rather than at an area on the ground, thereby catching everyone in the AoE when the spell is cast. Instead, the AoE is fixed on a target that is frequently mobile.

So it's dealing 15d6 electrical damage to each enemy in the AoE?

Yes.. it does.

The change happened sometime ago.. i think it was in the update notes.

So Ball Lightning (lvl 5 spell) works now exactly as Firebrand.. just its Electrical damage

Awaken does not seem to be working as advertised, and there is a discrepancy between its listed effects here and the listed effects on the wiki.

Here it says the animal companion gets a +1 AC/3 levels. What levels are those? The animal companion's character levels or the spell's caster level?

On the wiki it states that the spell works as normal but the animal companion recieves an additional attack per round.

These sources are stating completely different things.

Awaken's effects don't seem to persist after a rest in-game either, even though the spell should persist until the animal companion dies and never gets dispelled by resting. There's nothing to say any of the spell's vanilla have been changed, either here OR on the wiki.

It's a mistype. Greater Magic Fang grants the AC bonus, Awaken provides the standard +4 STR/CON and the Arelith change of an extra APR.

Alright, good to know. This needs updating then.

Still does not answer the issue of Awaken's effects disappearing following a rest.
