Guldorand Paper Source

This one comes in from someone who's 'looked for it, should know it if it's there' and doesn't want to be embarrassed if they just missed it.
Can there be a paper source or vendor somewhere in Guldorand?
Edit: A PM sent to me said: "There's actually an unlabeled paper barrel against the east outer wall of The Logjam. There used to be a message board next to it, making the barrel obvious, but it got removed in the last big Guldorand overhaul."
Perhaps have this a little more obvious or labelled?
