Delete the Scrying Orb(Minauros)

It undermines scrying for the cities/underdark server, and too many people can and make use of it.
As the person who added both scrying and the orb... I disagree with this. One of the main reasons for adding it was to give people the chance to experience scrying without needing to create an epic diviner.
It's not easy to get to (though presumably by now the solutions to the puzzles in the tower are widely known) and there is IC history behind its existence.
