As it is now, Spellbound Wands can only be crafted via the Carpentry trade. It feels somewhat awkward when people ask you for a spellbound wand, but you have to explain that you can craft wands, but not spellbound wands because you are not a carpenter. An idea: If you have the Craft Wand feat, once every 24 (or more) RL hours, you can create Spellbound Wand, but it costs you all your crafting points and the required materials are removed from your inventory.

The Craft Wand feat lets you infuse blank wands with magic, not create them from scratch. You still need to buy or craft a bone wand to use the feat.
Similarly, you need to have a spellbound wand before you can infuse one with magic. In this case, they're just no mundane item sold cheaply by random merchants, but rather a fairly elaborate artifice that requires skilled craftsmen to create.
The above behaviour is fine as is, so I'll reject this one.
