RDD/Planetouch Award Update!

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:
- implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
- the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
- the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to tweak X class.

Given I feel good aligned drow should be about as rare as Planetouched characters, I feel we should change Plane touched characters to "Normal Award" instead of "Rare"

Few reasons for this, I feel they should be a lot more common than dragons for starters, for second, very few players if get 5% are likely to chose a plane-touched character over a dragon, because let's face it, dragons are friggin' awesome!

Same with Dragon Disciples, I feel they should be more common than dragons, as dragons would tend to draw them in. Could even have the now properly RP'ed as disciples to existing IG PC dragons.
