I think the point of only elves and half elves been able to play Arcane Archers should be a thing of the past. Most of their mechanical abilities are not so special that it seems like a /only elves deserve to play this/ kind of class. Elves already gain benefits from picking AA, in the form of the longbow proficiency and so will always be the most superior archers.

But the simple concept of an archer caster who uses their casting abilities to compliment their archery could apply to several races and I feel the class could use more folks playing it. But the elf constraint is quite a tough thing to work around.

This has come up before, and I would like to keep this class purely Elven, it is extremely thematic for the race.
