ASF reduction for reguBards while wearing Light Armor?
20% max (Hide/Studded), applies only to armor, no shields, throttled by armor type.

Ehh... Chain shirts are flexible, but still pretty darn heavy. I usually imagine Bards in leather.
With buckles.
And zippers.
