Increase Durabililty of Custom Mundane Gear

Increase the durability of custom mundane gear (bronze armor and weapons, tailored mundane clothing, et cetera) so that an epic tailor can craft a modest pair of boots that doesn't crumble to bits from a week's use.

It'll make custom enchanted gear more durable, as well.

Durability is a function of item value, as is enchantment difficulty. If you were to raise the base value of a mundane item, it would increase the base durability, but it would also make it more difficult to enchant. If you enchant the bejeezus out of a mundane item, to the ESF: Enchantment limit, it will have roughly the same durability as any other item of approximate value.
