Runic Properties

Due a typo in the text on runic items there has been a misunderstanding among some players. I'll spell it out here in case anyone has misunderstood.
There are only 3 types of runes -Dwarven, Elven and Arcane.
If a weapon is described as Gnomish/Halfing/Goblin etc this DOES NOT MEAN it requires an enchanter of that race. Any enchanter will do, of any race.
Once again, only if a a runic item is marked as having Dwarven or Elven runes are is the property racially specific.
