Aluve', for today.

She pulled belonging after belonging from the chest, stuffing them into the large sack just recently removed from the chest. A spare staff was set aside, some spell components(you never know, really, in the Underdark), some artefacts that she's had almost as long as her leathers, now faded from years of travel. Nothing truly had any attachments, but she felt they might achieve some purpose in her travels as she's never truly travelled outside of Arelith and the Underdark below it, far too much time spent in the Abyss growing up. Clothes, too many clothes likely, but she tucked them all away in the large sack without a second thought, they were second nature to have now--no matter how little the clothes actually were. None of them truly caught her vermillion eyes until they fell upon the final outfit in the chest.

Once brown clothes long faded to gray sat at the bottom of the chest. She felt a slight smirk tug to her cerise lips and a chuckle remained within her throat as she pulled them up out of the chest, setting rough leather pants upon the corner of the chest as she looked over the shirt still in her hands. Nine years had passed since she arrived in the trade city Andunor wearing these clothes and she couldn't help but feel a bit of nostalgia run through her mind. Times travelling with Imaun and Karsh, two allies long since gone. Her first meeting with Matron Talyrrae Xun'viir, during which she had thought the stones beneath her feet were more intriguing than looking into the eyes which seemed a window to the Demonweb Pits. Her first raid upon the surface, her first felled elf. She felt a soft sigh escape her nostrils before she tugged away the clothes she was wearing currently, only to change into those faded clothes with a bit of effort. They were certainly tighter than they were nine years ago, a byproduct of her changes throughout her time with the Xun'viir, the changes done to her form certainly caused for a change of clothing sizes, but it didn't bother her at all, in fact the closeness comforted her some, reminded her that she was still herself despite all of the years.

She took a final look in the mirror and smirked yet again. It was time to depart, and the first stop? Menzoberranzan.
