So! As an artsy person I like to do many things, I have interest in (But do not actively practice) photography, I'm a self-proclaimed writer of only a small amount of raw talent and no actual learning, and I'm what some might call an artist, technically.
When drawing, I don't actually draw free form, which is why I only say technically, I consider what I do to be 'form' of art because it does in fact require artistic talent, however it'snot full fledged, because the majority of the composition of my works, isn't original. You see, I use photography as a base for 90% of my drawings. From taking head shots of real people and drawing them, to drawing a full piece by using 7 different pictures of different people and puzzling them together by using different pieces from each one. Sometimes a single drawing could use 5-6 photos just to do the main two characters in the focus.
My main character on the server, Violette Navine, is the representation of my artful side in roleplay. As such, she herself is a writer in character, and as well a portrait artist. Most games that I roleplay her in I do this, as it helps me cover more ground as an artist, and it benefits my character in the game a little more accurately. You see, just playing a normal portrait artist, not many people buy your services. But if you offer actual OOC representation of the artwork in return for the in character payment and RP'd artwork, more people are likely to actually request Violette's services because they -actually- get a portrait.
So- if you want to request art from -me-, you have to do it in character : P and of course my character requires proper compensation for the request.
On to the art! I'll start off with the most recently drawn piece for each of my characters and their various versions within the many many universes I have roleplayed them.
We'll start with Violette, my current character. Mind you, these are all the version of her from different roleplaying environments on different games.

Then there's Zyphr, my badass fire breathing/dancing desert elf with a russian accent and a serious attitude. Also played as a tiefling in D&D

This is the oldest character I have. I've brought her -everywhere- with me in some shape or form. She was one of my first, and my most developed. As such, she has a lot of artwork.
