Been on arelith for a few years and settlements always seemed just a tad irrelevant to me. You get to say you won the popular vote, and once in a while evict somebody. It's a brand of roleplay has always seemed to carry an implied authority and wasn't so much mechanically represented.
So I just wanted to say thanks, Moderon. And of course anyone else whose contributed to settlement scripts. Seriously. Between assassins being able to knock people out of their elected seat, and expanded warehouses now being something like a municipal service, it feels like settlements are a more engaging part of the world. So thanks for all you guys do. Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Re: Settlements
The esettlement updates lately are cool stuff. I always really liked the system, and the more it lets people actually affect spheres of influence the better.
