Henceforth, per King Edward's new Law in pity of the people, the citizenry may begin executing speakers in a meeting should the time go beyond 2 days, until the meeting has concluded or no speaker remains.
(I only played the Lieutenant for a line or two, kudos to Chilliad for most of it!)
