Kudos to Devs and Contributors

I just finished reading through Mage BAB thanks to a recent post on it, and I saw some very positive responses from Peppermint, Scholar Midnight, Irongron, and Dunshine (Mithreas popped in with a clarification too).

Miaou and Seven Sons already said thanks, but I want to make a proper kudos thread, both to thank them for taking the time to write out policies and processes, and for making such an effort to be transparent so that we understand what's going on when these changes are made...

And as well, to point anyone who may have such questions of 'how did this change get approved' or 'what were they thinking?' to this thread, because it explains the process in a generalized manner that applies to all decisions made by The Team.

From me personally, thank you all for all you do. There's no other game I've enjoyed this much for the past near-decade, and believe me, my luddite and non-DnD-loving friends have been -trying- to find something else as awesome, and have failed. You all make it awesome. Thank you to the community as well!
