Sara's Farewell Kudos

Post by Baron Saturday » Wed Jun 14, 2017 9:07 pm

Just rolled Sara (and apologies to the folk doing the sacrifice for the abrupt exit, had to literally sprint out the door and after my bus), so here's some final kudos.

The Witches
The Knights
The Elves
The Tower Folk
The Friends
The Enemies
And the people on the road who I maybe only shared a word or two with, but who were all awesome.

Love y'all.

EDIT: I started to update this with names, but one hour later I wasn't even 1/3 done. Too much fun, folks. Way too much fun.

I love the fact that this moment had so much build-up, even though we barely ever actually role-played with each other, and always through other characters.

You are always a pleasure, my friend. Better luck next time. :P

I haven't played with you in 5ever, but you're really cool ic and ooc. I remember the few little adventurers Sara and Odessa had. Hope to play with you more in the future.

You didn't call Myr for the confrontation!

Kudos, Sara was just one of those character that had substance to her. That felt like real, living people. Having RPed with you over several characters now, I am very fond and sad to see her gone. I hope you will come back with something new, though!

You're right. Participating in the forums was a mistake. Won't do this again.

I'm going to say 'thank you' for taking time to play with me, because I had a lot of fun and I hope you did as well. Aside from that- I'll be seeing you in game soon, I hope!

Man. I loved Sara. I remember running into her the first day she was made and Ambroz was instantly like "Hey, she's alright." and then eventually Sara grew to despise him just as much as I did. But in all honesty I haven't met one character of yours that hasn't been just absolutely brilliant, so my hat's off to you. Looking forward to seeing the next one.

Edit; for more, refer to forum picture.
Current Main Character - Xuneyl Teken'tlar

Old mains - Mithpsira Phexori, Annabelle Ross, Ambroz Lyons, Azalea Lyons, and Elenia Davenport, The Crow

Y'know those characters that you know are awesome, but never manage to find time to have more than a passing interaction with?

That's Sara. Really sad I never quite got the chance... Although I'll remember Sara, Shallan and Edrahil making "oiled pole" jokes outside Burrowhome, forever.

Aw. I had just met her and was looking forward to more sudden conversations :)

The short bit I knew Sara was fun!

SARA WHY.

The last fellow squire of the sixth order, gone. I'll miss Sara. Sadly, she never did get to punt Buppi off a cliff. Thanks for the fun walks and conversations!

Sara Lyonall: H-uh. Shush. Been a fair stretch of road.
So it has. Sara was an absolute pleasure, across a half-dozen characters. She was an ally to Relia, a well-loved foe to Sharo, and a friend in passing to Merim. As sad as I am to see her go, I eagerly await your next character.

If Sara's any indication, they'll be absolutely outstanding.
May you live in interesting times.

Much fun, wow!

Aw, guys. Thank you all, you really did make playing Sara so fun. I'm taking a little break to recharge and catch up, but I look forward to meeting everyone again with fresh eyes.

Welp. There goes the last reason I'd return.

Shame. Sara was a consistently awesome, inclusive, and engaging character played by a player who mirrors those same excellent behaviors. Keep on trucking, Baron, and keep being a shining example of what collaborative play should be like.
