Description of Bug Experienced:

This is an old character from many years ago, prior to the grouping of WF fears into the one handed edged, two handed edged, etc. I took a WF feat at lv 1 and cannot change this using a relevel - I believe this is also the root of the other issue I'm having.
Upon taking my first WM level, i was not offered to select the Weapon of Choice feat, and I'm also not able to use my Ki attack.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Releveling did not fix this

WoC feat at WM lv 1

feat not offered
