I believe that was changed, you now get the final version at lv 25 for abyssal and infernal warlocks. GSF conjuration improves the stats of the summon still. It is the same for both infernal and abyssal. GSF transmutation allows the creation of golems, the -teleport command once per rest, and gives +1 to the stat roll of an animal spell - for example: if you roll a 5 on bulls strength, it would be increased to 6.
