Question about SS'ers

Question about SS'ers

Are Spellswords able to use the Shadowdancer's shadow summon, or are they not allowed to use that? l would think they arent allowed to use it, but just wish to know for sure.

They are not allowed to summon basically anything but their familiar

Yea thats what l thought, but didnt know if the Shadow would count as the same or not, but thank you two for an answer. *nods.*
