Framerate issues

This isn't isolated to NWN:EE so it's going here. Across every game I've tried, I'm getting under 10 FPS. Lowering the graphics does not help. I think AVG is doing it. Screenshots can be provided if you think they can help you help me better.

uninstall AVG and try again?

I've tried a variety of games--Civilizations 5, Red Faction: Guerilla, Crysis 2, and finally Doom (2016). The latter gave me a clue!

Download CPIUD HWMonitor and see if any of your stuff is overheating. Though I simply recommend giving your PC for an inspection if you can afford it, if it's a larger problem that's been vexing you for while

Started Saturday evening after I brought it home from another building. Could a component have been damaged in transit?
And are these temperatures problematic?

No, those look good. Def. send it for a check if you can, otherwise it can be a number of different things. I'm not really a comp genius. I just check for viruses, if my drivers are properly installed and if the heat is on point. If none of that works, best option is to give it to somebody knows more than me

EDIT: Just noticed. Might want to take a look at your graphic card temp as well.

Fixed it by taking my GPU out and putting it back in again.
