Pinterest for myself. I use cropping to get just the face if needed.

EDIT: Oops, I got too caught up in the dwarf-love and forgot my initial reason for posting. https://www.deviantart.com is another place many portraits and full-sized appearances can be gleaned from too.

Yep, Pinterest and Deviantart.
Personally, I prefered Deviantart, but for female characters it means you have to grub through lots of terrible pictures of barely clad people.
